Cloud PBX Features
Every number in your 2talk plan can either be a Cloud PBX or a New Zealand Toll Free number. The Cloud PBX system is a feature rich, hosted business phone system that grows and adjusts as your company does. Call management, call centre/reception, faxing, conferencing, account management and custom services and features previously only affordable by large companies are available on all your Cloud PBX numbers as part of your monthly plan fee. There is no additional charge.
DDI numbers are also available for use with an on-premise PBX but these DDI numbers provide limited cloud PBX features and only offer Call Forward Always, Call Forward Unavailable, Call Forward Busy, Call Forward Unreachable and CLI.
