Care Plan

The Care Plan provides the necessary services to get your Voice over Internet (VoI) Cloud PBX service and devices on line and keep you on line.  It includes us:

  • doing the initial provisioning and configuration of your VoI equipment to enable the VoIP service;
  • providing on-going remote maintenance of your VoI equipment’s firmware at the latest stable level;
  • keeping back up of your VoI equipment’s configuration on our servers.  This help us facilitate fault servicing and or equipment replacement;
  • providing a help desk line to report VoI equipment faults 24 hours, 7 days a week either by telephone or by email.  We respond to fault calls between the hours of 08:30am and 05:00pm on business days as observed in the Auckland region and endeavour to respond to fault reports by the next business day;
  • replacing failed VoI equipment included in the Care Plan with the same, equivalent or higher specification equipment.  We will endeavour to courier the replacement item to you by the end of the next business day.  We may also replace equipment if a fault cannot be resolved in a reasonable time period.  Replacement of equipment that has failed as the result of accident, neglect, abuse or wear and tear is not covered; and
  • providing the day to day management of your 2talk account to enable and manage Cloud PBX features and services.  You are still responsible for paying your account on time.

Care Plan fees are $10 excl. GST per month per VoI device such as an analogue telephone adapter (which you can plug your current analogue phones into), a VoI base station for DECT cordless phones or digital IP phones.  The Care Plan is only available for devices we supply.
