Care Plan
The Care Plan provides the necessary services to maintain and keep up to date your Cloud PBX, VoIP desk and cordless phone hardware, softphone clients and Small Business Teams Voice accounts. It includes us:
- providing on-going remote maintenance of your desk and cordless phone firmware, softphone client and Small Business Teams Voice software at the latest stable level;
- keeping a backup or details of your desk, cordless and softphone phone configuration on our servers. The configuration of each individual Small Business Teams Voice account is backed up via each user’s Microsoft OneDrive account. This help us to facilitate fault servicing and or equipment replacement;
- providing a help desk line to report desk and cordless phone hardware, software and Teams Voice faults 24 hours, 7 days a week either by telephone or by email. We respond to fault calls between the hours of 08:30am and 05:00pm on business days as observed in the Auckland region and endeavour to respond to fault reports by the next business day;
- replacing failed desk and cordless phone hardware included in the Care Plan with the same, equivalent or higher specification equipment. We will endeavour to courier the replacement item to you by the end of the next business day. We may also replace equipment if a fault cannot be resolved in a reasonable time period. Replacement of equipment that has failed as the result of accident, neglect, abuse or wear and tear is not covered. Headsets are not included in this provision; and
- providing the day-to-day management of your 2talk account to enable and manage Cloud PBX and Teams Voice features and services. You are still responsible for paying your account on time.
The monthly Care Plan fee:
- per desk or cordless phone hardware is $10 per month;
- per softphone client is $5 per month; and
- per Teams Voice account is $5 per month.
(Note: one Care Plan per DECT cordless base station with up to three handsets, more than three handsets per base station will attract additional Care Plan fees.)
Care Plan is only available for devices we supply.
