Any one of your plan Cloud PBX numbers can be a local number.  It can be either a voice or fax line.  Additional New Zealand Cloud PBX numbers can be added to your account for $6 excl. GST per month.  Each additional number will add 2,000 local minutes to your account and increase your account channels by one, i.e., the number of simultaneous calls you can make.

Any one of your plan Cloud PBX numbers can be a regional number from any of the calling regions in New Zealand.  It can be either a voice or fax line.

You can add an additional regional number to your account for $6 excl. GST per month.  Each additional number will add 2,000 local minutes to your account and increase your account channels by one, i.e., the number of simultaneous calls you can make.

International Cloud PBX numbers are available for geographic locations in Australia, the UK, Canada and the USA.

Any one of your plan numbers can be a Toll Free number.

To send and receive faxes you need a dedicated fax line.  Faxes can be sent and received via a fax machine attached to an Analogue Telephone Adapter or via email as attachments or both.

Designate any one of your Cloud PBX local, regional, international or toll free numbers to be a fax line.  There is no additional charge to make one of your Cloud PBX numbers a fax line.

If you make a lot of calls out to New Zealand and Australian mobiles, and do not have a toll free number accepting inbound mobile calls, then one of these MFlex bundles is what you need.

TF mobile bundles are best for customers with 2talk toll free numbers. They include inbound calls from New Zealand mobiles to 2talk toll free numbers and calls from any of your plan numbers out to New Zealand mobiles.

If you need to be able to make and receive more simultaneous calls than your plan allows you have two options:

• Firstly, you can add additional numbers at $6 excl. GST per number per month as above.  Each additional number includes an additional channel that allows a further simultaneous call.
• Secondly, you can add channels in blocks of five channels for $10 excl. GST per month.  Each channel allows a further simultaneous call, so a block of five channels allows you to make or receive a further five simultaneous calls

If you have your own on-premise PBX system you can purchase plan with the number of external lines and channels you need for inbound and outbound calling and the calling minutes.  Then rather than purchasing a Cloud PBX number at $6 excl. GST per month for each DDI you require you can purchase DDI numbers at $2.50 excl. GST per month instead.  These DDI numbers do not have any Cloud PBX features (but then you have your own PBX) and do not come with any calling minutes included.
